One Cannabis Group

Rabbi B is Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for ONE Cannabis Group, a vertically integrated, Colorado based, cannabis company, and the country’s largest cannabis franchiser.

As Director of CSR, Baruch has taken the reigns in pioneering an emerging aspect within the cannabis industry called social equity - providing people most impacted by the War on Drugs an opportunity to enter, and succeed within, the industry. In addition, cannabis social equity programs are the perfect platform for Baruch to bring to bear his passions for community organizing, social advocacy, Conscious Capitalism and Impact Investing, or what he calls, “Conscious Cannabis”. Baruch is devoted to bringing ethics, conscience and cause to this nascent industry, ensuring cannabis becomes a vehicle for good within people’s lives, our society and the world.
